Enterprise Value Stream Analysis (EVSA)
Mantua Consulting’s’ Enterprise Value Stream (EVSA) process is a powerful process that brings leaders together to conduct an enterprise wide analysis of their organization’s key and sub-process’s.  The purpose is to identify targets of opportunities for improvement or a more detailed analysis by improvement teams. EVSA can be used effectively as the alignment, deployment, and execution trigger for strategic alignment and deployment (SA&D) and strategic planning.  During the EVSA, most targets of opportunity will be identified within the sub/enabling processes.

Solution Deliverables

  • ·         Identifies opportunities that may have been overlooked in the past
  • ·         Validates or creates the organization, Vision, Mission, Priorities, and Goals
  • ·         Links Vision, Mission, Priorities and Goals to those of Higher Headquarters Priorities and Goal
  • ·         Identifies the Process improvement targets that matter most to leadership
  • ·         Prioritized list of improvement targets that are hardwired to the organizations Priorities and Goals

  • ·         Buy-in at every level

  • ·         The following will be identified for each improvement target project:  Name for each improvement event, Champion (by name), Team Leader (by name), Team Members (by function), Expected Deliverables, Measures or Metrics, Identify to which goal or goals the improvement target is linked.
